Electronic Document Management — Town of Innisfil
Assisted the Town of Innisfil to improve records management and plan to implement electronic document management (EDMS). Assessed existing practices, organization, procedures, policies, support and sustainability. Developed a statement of EDMS needs, an action plan to build readiness, and recommendations for implementation.
